FIBRA Prologis Extends Tender Offer to Acquire FIBRA Terrafina

FIBRA Prologis announced an extension of its tender offer and reciprocal subscription for up to 100% of the outstanding FIBRA Terrafina Real Estate Trust Certificates CBFIs not currently owned by the company. 

FIBRA Prologis had previously announced an extension of its offer to acquire FIBRA Terrafina CBFIs, which was set to expire on Nov. 8, 2024, as reported by MBN. However, it  will now remain open until Nov. 22, 2024.

According to FIBRA Prologis, the company holds acceptance letters for Terrafina CBFIs that, combined with its current holdings, account for over 85% of the total outstanding Terrafina CBFIs. The company had previously noted that further tender offers might not happen, and that if they occur, they might not be as favorable as its initial offer.
