CEVA Logistics, part of the CMA CGM Group, is undergoing a strategic organizational restructuring to optimize its global logistics offer. As part of this strategy, the company will integrate Bolloré Logistics. This move is part of CEVA's broader strategy to streamline operations and enhance service delivery across air, ocean, ground, rail transport, contract logistics, finished vehicle logistics, project logistics, and customs solutions.

“Our teams have been working toward this moment for many years, and I am so proud of where we are as a company. CEVA Logistics is moving to a vertical, product-driven organization that will benefit our team and our customers as we compete among the Top 5 of the logistics industry,” says Mathieu Friedberg, CEO, CEVA Logistics.

Following its acquisition by the CMA CGM Group earlier this year, Bolloré Logistics will soon transition into CEVA's new product-driven organizational model. Under the unified CEVA Logistics brand, the company aims to complete its rebranding by the end of 2024. This consolidation is designed to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by aligning product teams vertically, enabling quicker development and deployment of innovative solutions globally.

CEVA is also combining its air and ocean operations to leverage best practices and technology investments, with a particular focus on finalizing the implementation of CargoWise, a leading logistics execution platform.

Since becoming part of the CMA CGM Group in 2019, CEVA Logistics has significantly expanded its geographic footprint and service capabilities. Strategic acquisitions, including Ingram Micro’s CLS division for e-commerce solutions, GEFCO for automotive logistics, and most recently Bolloré Logistics for enhanced air and ocean freight management, have bolstered CEVA’s market presence across various sectors and regions.
