Q: How does your company address the needs of different sectors and adapt its solutions to meet each client's specific demands?

A: Our working philosophy prioritizes five fundamental premises: safety, quality, warmth, provision of exquisite food, and competitiveness. We focus on providing our clients with services that allow them to concentrate on their core activities, while we take care of services such as accommodation, laundry, transportation, food provision, and purified water, among others. We also develop quality of life plans to create a harmonious environment in camps, making it easier for people to live in them

Our company takes pride in offering comprehensive services across various sectors. Our main focus is the mining industry, particularly because it operates in remote locations. We manage their worker camps and provide a full range of services to ensure efficiency and safety in mining operations. We also work in the oil and gas, construction, and maquiladora industries, as well as in hospitals and the education sector. We strive to tailor our solutions to the needs of each company's workers based on their roles or user profiles.

Q: What is the biggest challenge the company faces in meeting the needs of the mining industry and how do you address it?

A: Logistics is one of the major challenges in the industry, especially access to remote areas in adverse weather conditions, such as during winter and the rainy season. Transport and logistical management are crucial to ensure the efficient provision of services at our clients' facilities. We strive to anticipate and resolve these challenges through diagnostics and personalized profiles, as well as plans tailored to the specific needs of each operational situation.

We are always exploring new opportunities to improve our services. Currently, we are evaluating the possibility of offering a more comprehensive nutritional approach, as we are aware of the importance of proper nutrition for miners' health and productivity. There are many cases where miners gain 5kg in a month due to poor nutrition. Our goal is to provide them with what they need to stay healthy and perform well at work, and even increase their productivity.

Q: What sets Grupo Prosesa apart from other companies in the sector?

A: Providing integral solutions with immediate response, with a primary focus on people. We understand that we cannot have an excellent company without investing in the development of our team. Therefore, all our plans and efforts are directed toward the growth and well-being of our personnel. Prioritizing the personal and professional development of our collaborators is essential for us, since they ensure the quality and efficiency of our services, which is ultimately reflected in a better level of service for all our clients.

Q: What are your company's goals for 2024, both internally and externally?

A: Our objectives are to continue growing, developing, and consolidating our position in Mexico. We have a strong presence in the country, covering 18 states. We are especially focused on mining regions such as Guerrero, Zacatecas, Sonora, and Chihuahua. We are also present in the Gulf of Mexico and in regions with oil and maquiladora industries, such as Bajío and Chihuahua. In the medium term, we intend to expand internationally, providing our services in other mining jurisdictions in Canada, South America, and beyond.

The change of government will be a decisive factor in our plans, as the mining sector faces challenges under the current administration. We are prepared to adjust our vision and strategies as necessary to remain competitive and contribute to the development of the mining industry in Mexico.

Grupo Prosesa supplies industrial canteens and living services to workers in the mining, oil and gas, construction, and maquiladora industries, as well as for hospitals and education workers.
