Redwood Logistics, one of North America’s fastest-growing Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) providers, is opening a new office in Queretaro. This expansion marks a major milestone in the company’s efforts to support nearshoring and reinforce cross-border supply chains for its clients.

“This move reflects our continued commitment to supporting nearshoring and strengthening cross-border supply chains. Queretaro is the ideal location to deepen our service capabilities for clients across automotive, aerospace, manufacturing and consumer sectors,” says Jordan Dewart, President, Redwood Mexico.

Queretaro provides direct access to one of the country’s most dynamic industrial corridors, says the company. The region is home to leading automotive OEMs, aerospace manufacturers, and consumer goods producers, giving Redwood Logistics unprecedented access to critical manufacturing hubs and a skilled labor force.

Redwood plans to expand its new Queretaro team to 100 employees over the next three years, bringing its total workforce in Mexico to over 200. The new facility will house all of Redwood’s business divisions, including its advanced technology solutions and managed services teams. This will enable the company to provide real-time supply chain visibility and localized expertise to customers across industries.

“As a modern 4PL, we focus on delivering integrated, tech-driven solutions. This new location enables us to be closer to our customers, collaborate more efficiently with carriers and shippers, and provide real-time supply chain visibility with local expertise. This expansion is part of our long-term growth strategy to support Mexico’s role as a global manufacturing hub and to provide seamless cross-border solutions to and from the United States,” says Dewart.

Redwood Logistics has maintained a strong presence in Mexico for over seven years. The Queretaro office follows its successful expansion in Monterrey in 2023 and underscores the company’s sustained growth despite global trade uncertainties. Redwood remains one of the few US-based logistics providers with deeply rooted operations in Mexico.

"Mexico has seen record levels of foreign direct investment, with US$21.4 billion received through 1Q25. Nearshoring trends continue to accelerate as manufacturers expand operations in Mexico despite tariff uncertainties and the increasing demand for shorter, more reliable supply chains," says Dewart.
