Sensolus, a global leader in industrial-grade IoT tracking solutions, has announced the launch of its NextGen tracking hardware, asset-tracking platform, and mobile app across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

“The TRACK 1105 builds off more than 10 years of R&D and is a key enabler to digitize supply chains. We look forward to partnering with leading companies in the United States and now Canada and Mexico, including supporting cross-border use cases,” says Steve Logue, General Manager, Sensolus.

The company’s solutions are designed to give businesses real-time visibility and control over their supply chain and logistics flows. By digitizing asset management, Sensolus helps customers optimize inventory, reduce inefficiencies, and eliminate hidden costs such as lost items and unplanned interventions. Users can also configure alerts to detect anomalies like incorrect delivery locations or excessive dwell times.

Industry leaders in logistics, industrial manufacturing, and environmental services stand to benefit from Sensolus’ smart trackers and gateways, which support the management of reusable packaging, including pallets, totes, and roll cages, as well as trailers and containers.

The new TRACK 1105 device, built on over a decade of R&D, boasts IP69k and IP68 durability ratings, embedded condition sensors, and a battery life of up to seven years. The device leverages multiple low-power networks, including NB-IoT and LTE-M, to ensure robust redundancy and reliable connectivity. Sensolus software platform is highly configurable, user-friendly, and supported by an API that enables integration with enterprise ERP systems. This makes it a scalable solution for companies looking to enhance operational efficiency through digitalization.
