PEMEX Updates Atoyatl Pipeline Network
PEMEX presented an update to the Transition Program associated with the Atoyatl Field, part of the AE-0149-2M-Uchukil Assignment, located off the coast of Tabasco, covering an area of 606.5Km2. This modification will allow PEMEX to continue progressing in the early production and evaluation of the Atoyatl Field, facilitating the acquisition of crucial data for future extraction and development of the area.
This update stems from changes in the interconnection and laying activities of the oil and gas pipeline, resulting from the reinforcement of the Relocatable Light Marine Structure.
The modification is aimed at enabling early production and the characterization of the static and dynamic behavior of the Atoyatl Field from September 2024 to July 2025. This will be achieved through the production of three wells included in the authorized transition program. The program has been verified to ensure consistency with the extended activities approved in the current Transition Program.
CNH determined that it is technically feasible to initiate early production from the Atoyatl Field, aiming to achieve a cumulative volume of 2.12MMboe and 1.35Bcf during the specified period. Additionally, the Evaluation Program will continue toward a Development Plan for Extraction.
