Q: Apart from virtual twins, what other artificial intelligence models does Knowsy AI use to effectively interpret data?
A: Knowsy AI programs tools based on the data we have access to, and each tool has a specific objective. They can be used for selecting or studying a user's personality model, for example. The more data provided to the system, the better the AI works. We create specific tools that adapt to our clients' needs and are capable of efficiently solving their problems.

A: One of Knowsy AI’s primary services is an algorithm that analyzes images to determine how users communicate online. This algorithm allows us to generate in-depth analyses, facilitating data interpretation and decision-making for our clients. This analysis helps us trace a user's shopper journey, enabling us to pinpoint consumer needs and patterns. Furthermore, our services allow visualization of over 1.5 million applications in a single dashboard, which traditional studies cannot offer. A: Technology enables faster problem-solving. This improvement occurred because Knowsy AI personalized the experience for all the bank's users, allowing the bank to offer specific credit options tailored to individual needs.
Q: Would you say that AI can interpret data more effectively than a human?
A: AI can perform data interpretation but it does not make decisions; at the end of the day, someone has to make the decisions and someone has to execute them based on collected data. The AI we have today is highly specialized for specific tasks. However, it does not replace the broader perspective a CEO or COO might have regarding their industry. What AI can do is make decision-making more efficient.
Q: In an advanced cloud environment, where data backup and disaster recovery plans are crucial, how does Knowsy AI ensure the security and accessibility of its clients’ data?
A: Our virtual environment and virtual tools do not use personal data. We do generate data for other web-based identifiers but we adhere strictly to Mexico’s personal data protection laws from privacy notices to the cybersecurity of computing infrastructure. Knowsy AI believes there is a shared responsibility for our data: both users and companies are responsible for protecting and securing their data in a responsible manner.
Q: How have Knowsy AI’s tools, like Localytics, helped Mexican companies navigate the diverse preferences of consumers?
A: The Localytics platform allows SMEs to get an overview of the area where they plan to set up a shop. In November 2023, Knowsy AI will release an analysis in collaboration with the council on the impact of AI and emerging technologies across all dimensions of public life in Mexico. The collaborative goal of this analysis is to provide the necessary data and technologies to decision-makers operating within the country. It is crucial to recognize that technology is a tool and we must know how to use it effectively.
Any emerging technology ends up becoming a tool and can be used to solve the problems of today. In Mexico, for example, we face many challenges: inequality and lack of access to information and education, among many others. We cannot turn away from technology when it will be the lever to address these specific issues in Mexico.
