Q: How would you describe Endava's position within the Mexican market?
A: We have consolidated our presence in Mexico as a key player in digital transformation and technology modernization. Our sustained growth has been driven by the demand for digital solutions, particularly in the United States, which has strengthened our positioning in Mexico. This growth has led to the incorporation of a significant number of highly skilled professionals, with profiles that span diverse business verticals. We also continued to train technology leaders, strengthening the local ecosystem and positioning Mexico as a strategic hub for our nearshore services.

Q: What factors have allowed Endava to grow in the Mexican market?
A: First, Mexican talent has proven to be highly qualified and adaptable, which has allowed us to develop high-impact technology solutions. Second, our track record of over 20 years in multiple verticals has given us a deep knowledge of the market and the ability to offer specialized services. Finally, our nearshore strategy has been key. We are taking advantage of our proximity to the United States to meet its technological demands efficiently, while we continue to train professionals in the region.

Q: What added value does Endava bring to its clients in Mexico, especially in the nearshoring movement?
A: We bring value to our clients through a comprehensive approach to digital transformation. Beyond technology migration, our goal is to thoroughly understand business needs before proposing solutions. Digitization, process automation, and cloud adoption, require strategic partners who understand these transitions. Our partnership with OpenAI allows us to streamline the development and design of advanced technology solutions, ensuring that each implementation responds precisely to the specific requirements of each company.

Q: What are the main needs you help customers solve in the Mexican market?
A: We operate through a close to client model and focus on four key areas: process digitization, workflow automation, digital experience improvement, and cloud migration with a focus on cybersecurity. The need to modernize infrastructure led many companies to optimize costs and scale operations, while data security became a priority. We accompany our clients in this process, ensuring that their technology strategies are aligned with operational efficiency and information protection.

We have developed solutions in various sectors, optimizing operational efficiency and user experience. In retail, we facilitate the automation of commercial strategies and digital expansion. In the financial sector, we implement tokenization technologies to improve security in digital payments. In healthcare, we have applied AI to optimize data processing, reducing errors in insurance management and patient care.

Q: How do ensure that clients' digital solutions are aligned with their long-term business goals?
A: We take a consultative approach based on collaboration and understanding of each client's operating model. We do not impose standard methodologies, but rather tailor our strategies to integrate with each company's structure. The key is to align technology with internal processes and strategic objectives, ensuring that each solution delivers long-term value. Beyond delivering software, we focus on generating real impact on the business value chain, optimizing clients’ competitiveness in the market.

Q: How do you integrate cybersecurity solutions seamlessly into your clients' technology platforms?
A: Cybersecurity must be natively integrated into each solution. We first analyze the client's risk exposure, addressing not only technology, but also operational processes. We advise clients on strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities and leverage the security standards of the main clouds. Our approach is to ensure frictionless protection, aligning security and efficiency.

Q: What technology trends are expected to transform the IT services and consulting industry in Mexico, and how is Endava positioning itself to take advantage of them?
A: Automation remains the backbone of IT transformation, but the key now is implementing it efficiently. The adoption of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) is redefining development and operational processes. We focus on optimizing our own flows using tools like OpenAI and GitHub Copilot, which allows us to accelerate development and reuse code strategically.

Data is becoming even more valuable. The ability to process, structure, and extract strategic information from large volumes of data is a key competitive advantage. We combine automation with advanced analytics to deliver solutions that improve decision making in sectors such as retail, finance, and manufacturing. Integrating AI into these processes allows us to maximize the use of data and generate actionable intelligence in real time.

Q: How is Endava helping companies leverage the potential of data and intelligence for strategic decision making?
A: The maturation of data management follows a logical process. First, streamline the capture and processing of information. Second, organize and clean the data to ensure its quality. Finally, extract strategic value through advanced analytics and AI. We help our clients through solutions that optimize each stage, allowing information to flow in a structured way.

This trend will continue to evolve with the convergence of AI and Big Data, enabling the analysis of consumption and behavioral patterns on an unprecedented scale. Organizations that adopt a robust data governance strategy will be able to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. At Endava, we ensure that our clients not only capture and store data, but transform it into a strategic asset to improve decision making and operational efficiency.

Q: How is Mexico positioned compared to other Latin America and other markets? What does it need to do to become a leader in digital strategies?
A: Mexico has established itself as a key technology hub in Latin America. It has a solid base of talent and infrastructure, as well as a business ecosystem that positions it as a strategic provider of digital services for the United States and the region. The presence of large technology companies, the early adoption of new technologies, and the collaboration between the public, private, and academic sectors have been key factors in its growth.

However, Mexico must improve its training on emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics to ensure that the available talent is aligned with the needs of the global market. In addition, this knowledge is key in driving the digitalization of strategic sectors such as manufacturing, finance, and retail.

Q: What are Endava's expansion plans for Mexico and which sectors are offering more opportunities for growth?
A: In 2025, we will focus on strengthening local talent, supporting technology communities, and collaborating with universities. We also want to expand our influence in Monterrey and Guadalajara, bringing global knowledge and expertise through industry initiatives and events. This strategy will allow us to consolidate our position in the technology ecosystem.

Q: What advice would you give to managers of Mexican companies looking to leverage technology to transform their business in an effective and sustainable way?
A: The key is to question whether processes have remained the same for years. If the answer is yes, it is time to change. The speed of transformation is increasing, and companies must adopt technologies that allow them to scale fast and respond agilely. Each organization has to find the right strategy. Identifying areas for improvement and acting quickly will make all the difference in their sustainability and growth.
