Q: What is AuraQuantic's position in the Mexican market in terms of penetration in key sectors and adoption by companies of different sizes?
A: We started in Mexico in 2007 with PEMEX as our first customer and, although the initial penetration was not significant, in recent years we have increased our presence in key sectors, such as retail, automotive, and services, serving mainly medium and large companies. Our platform was designed to eliminate the need for programming, allowing companies agile and efficient process automation. It has been adopted by companies looking for robust automation solutions, facilitating easy digitization.

Q: What strategies has AuraQuantic implemented to expand its presence and consolidate its position in Mexico?
A: Our strategy is focused on increasing our visibility by participating in the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico and focusing on sectors with high adoption potential. We have signed contracts with companies in key sectors and directed specific efforts toward strategic industrial centers, resulting in a significant increase in clients and a strengthened presence in the market.

Q: Considering the particularities and demands of B2B consumption in the region, how does the platform adapt to the specific needs of the Mexican market?
A: We offer a unique and adaptable platform that fully adjusts to the specific needs of each client, regardless of sector or industry. At the start of any project, we sit down with the client to design a customized process, starting with the creation of forms and workflows that integrate different systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft. Each step of the process is configured according to the client's specific business rules and constraints, ensuring that the final solution is completely customized and without the need for programming. This strategy allows for a precise adaptation to the particularities of the Mexican market.

Q: What are the main challenges that AuraQuantic has identified regarding the digitalization of the industry in Mexico?
A: In Mexico, the main challenges include control issues, delays in go-to-market actions, and difficulties in cost management. Organizations often face a lack of visibility into what is happening in their processes, lengthy timescales due to bureaucracy and multiple approvals, and an inability to monitor and control costs effectively. These challenges are common across a variety of industries, from manufacturing to services to healthcare, and require solutions that provide a granular level of detail into in processes to achieve effective digitization.

Q: How have AuraQuantic’s capabilities positively impacted those markets?
A: By providing detailed information about the digitization of processes, we give full control and provide complete visibility into operations. Granularity in digitization facilitates the identification of bottlenecks, delays, and excessive bureaucracy, allowing companies to optimize their processes and make decisions based on accurate data. This capacity for continuous adjustment and improvement enables organizations in Mexico to improve efficiency, reduce response times, control costs, and provide better customer service, fostering greater loyalty and competitiveness in the marketplace.

Q: How does AuraQuantic ensure an efficient integration in companies that make use of multiple platforms?
A: We face this challenge through a multifaceted approach that includes a marketplace with predefined connectors for various applications and technologies. We also offer a “Wizard” type tool that allows users to create their own connectors for web services, simplifying the process of connecting with other applications. Our platform orchestrates the interaction between different applications and data in the enterprise, ensuring seamless interaction and eliminating isolated systems. We also provide a universal API for direct integration with any application, guaranteeing both ease of connection and data security.

Q: How is AuraQuantic incorporating AI and other emerging technologies to constantly strengthen its platform?
A: We integrate AI to empower our platform through the use of generative and predictive capabilities. Generative AI (Gen AI) enables more fluid and natural communication between the user and the platform, facilitating the creation and adaptation of processes without the need for extensive programming. AI is used to analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns, and predict needs, optimizing the customization and efficiency of the solutions offered. This not only improves the functionality of the platform, but also adapts the solutions to the specificities of each client.

Q: What opportunities does Gen AI open?
A: Gen AI represents a disruptive breakthrough with transformative potential comparable to the impact of the internet and mobile devices. Although AI has been around for decades, its new generative capabilities offer a revolutionary form of interaction and creation. By enabling natural language communication and generating varied content, this technology redefines the paradigms of efficiency and personalization. While it poses challenges such as labor dislocation, it also opens up opportunities for new markets and specialized roles. The prospect is that while the changes will be profound, they will also drive the creation of niche markets that value authenticity and human personalization over automated solutions.

Q: What security measures does your company implement to protect against cyberattacks and ensure the security of your products and services?
A: We invest significantly in several layers of security, including the implementation of international standards such as ISO 27001 and ENS, which ensure compliance with stringent security regulations. We also perform continuous security testing, such as black-box and white-box analyses, to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities. We offer in-house training to educate our partners’ employees on cybersecurity threats, since the weakest link in security is the human being. Although security systems are highly developed, effective protection also depends on constant vigilance and user awareness of attacks, such as malicious emails or suspicious files.

Q: What key strategies is AuraQuantic implementing to strengthen its presence and impact in Mexico and Latin America?
A: We focus on building trust through local partnerships, participation in key strategic sector events, and digital marketing. We also collaborate with technology partners in Mexico that act as extensions of the company, making direct visits to clients to offer a more personalized and efficient service in a market with significant logistical challenges.
