A: Since our founding in 2005, we have constantly adapted our products and services to respond to the specific needs of our customers and businesses, including those in Mexico. We transformed from a basic remote monitoring solution to a comprehensive digital infrastructure management platform. This transformation gave us the ability to manage and maintain computers, complete enterprise infrastructures, mobile devices, printers and servers, and industrial machines globally, enabling Mexican organizations to optimize operational efficiency and cybersecurity.

Q: How has the Mexican market evolved in recent years?
A: The Mexican market has shown a growing interest in digitalization and cybersecurity. Digitization still faces significant challenges, as about 85% of SMEs in Mexico have not yet implemented complete digital infrastructures. There is a perception that these investments are an expense instead of a strategic investment, but we are committed to educating and empowering businesses to show them how these tools can be key catalysts for competitiveness and threat protection in the marketplace.

Q: What specific strategy did TeamViewer use to penetrate and expand its presence in the Mexican market?
A: First, we have established a new facility in the growing technology hub in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This new facility acts as a central operating base, allowing us to be closer to our Mexican customers and facilitating a faster and more effective response to their needs. Second, we have prioritized the tropicalization of our services, ensuring that our local team not only speaks Spanish, but also has a deep understanding of the cultural dynamics and particularities of the Mexican market. We also focus on attracting and retaining high-quality talent as part of our commitment to operational excellence and client support. Finally, we have tailored our campaigns and programs to specifically address the demands of the Mexican market, offering scalable and sophisticated solutions that align with the needs and expectations of local companies.

Q: How have TeamViewer’s solutions enhanced operational efficiency, technical support, or online collaboration?
A: We are proud to have collaborated with Mexican companies to improve their operational efficiency and optimize their logistics processes. A clear example is our work with Nadro, a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Mexico. We implemented our augmented reality warehouse picking solution in its facilities, giving workers glasses equipped with cameras and integrated screens that guided them in picking products. This innovation not only increased productivity by 30%, but also drastically reduced errors and optimized inventory management, integrating directly with their SAP systems for continuous and accurate auditing. We have been a strategic partner for various Mexican companies, from small grocery stores to large corporations with widespread operations. For example, we have assisted agricultural companies in Jalisco that need to monitor and control their irrigation systems remotely. This has allowed managers and technicians to monitor and adjust operations from any location, avoiding costly downtime and improving overall efficiency.

Q: With security being crucial in today's environment, how does TeamViewer ensure the security of connections and the protection of its customers' sensitive data?
A: TeamViewer's products are secure by design and include features such as end-to-end encryption and multi-factor authentication, as well as adhering to a rigorous secure software development lifecycle. On top of that, TeamViewer Tensor adds specific security-focused layers to meet the needs of the enterprise and critical infrastructure. Our platform allows administrators to set access policies and control sessions in detail. We offer internal auditing tools that allow tracking and auditing of all sessions' activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing transparency in the handling of sensitive data. We recently partnered with a leading antivirus vendor to integrate additional protection into TeamViewer, ensuring a secure and reliable environment for our users at all times.

Q: How does TeamViewer use AI and machine learning to enhance the user experience and offer more advanced solutions? 
A: We recognize the transformative impact of AI and machine learning in various industries, including remote control and online collaboration. We are using them to become more agile and efficient in our interactions with customers, using scripts and conversation analytics to optimize support and collaboration.

Q: How does TeamViewer's Assist AR benefit your customers while transforming remote support and collaboration experiences?
A: Assist AR represents a significant breakthrough in transforming remote support and collaboration experiences, as it enables technicians and users to interact via augmented reality, using mobile devices to view through the camera in real time. This not only facilitates remote troubleshooting, but also improves operational efficiency by reducing downtime and associated costs. We are seeing an increase in the adoption of augmented reality in different sectors, from technical training to equipment maintenance, as it is a powerful tool to improve productivity and service quality.

Q: How will the company expand its presence and increase its market share in Mexico?
A: Our priority is to grow our Guadalajara office and from this location, reaching every city in Mexico and be closer to our customers and offer personalized support when needed. We are strengthening our network of partners and distributors in various cities, ensuring adequate support for quotations and sales.

We seek to cover all of Mexico, with a particular focus on metropolitan and industrial areas, such as Guadalajara, Mexico City, Puebla, and Merida, Yucatan. We also see significant opportunities to work with government agencies and with technology and manufacturing industries because our solutions can optimize operations and improve efficiency.

Q: How do you envision the future landscape of the technology market?
A: Although Mexico is a bit behind other countries, it is on the right track and is expected to continue to develop significantly. The country is a strategic location for many manufacturing companies that require a robust IT infrastructure and global certifications, which will drive the use of our advanced technology tools.

Key sectors, such as automotive, logistics, IT and automation, will benefit greatly from our innovations. AI and augmented reality not only optimize operations, but also help reduce CO2 emissions by minimizing the need for travel. TeamViewer has already achieved significant savings in CO2 emissions worldwide. All Mexico has great potential to adopt more of these solutions, and although the process may be gradual, the country will align with global technology trends.
