Q: What have been the main achievements following the merger between Wesco Aircraft and Pattonair that created Incora?

We have grown and expanded our scope of services so customers worldwide have more options, backed by the Incora quality guarantee. The shared service center is now an important part of Incora’s operations. We always aim to exceed customers’ expectations through continuous improvement, and we have aligned this goal with our corporate strategic plans. Our goal is to create a collaborative environment that focuses on performance.

Q: How has Incora innovated to help customers in the aerospace industry simplify their processes?

A: Incora is delivering a large portfolio of products directly to the production lines with just-in-time service, creating accurate forecasts that help drive working capital down. The company thrives on innovation, meticulous execution and trust. Incora aims to continue introducing leading solutions for the supply chain. Incora uses an e-commerce platform where customers can place orders from a broad selection of standard hardware, chemicals, electronics and tooling inventory. Customers can place orders 24/7 and receive the product that same day for orders placed in-stock items . Incora also has a proprietary forecasting planning software that uses data science and machine learning to effectively manage customer demand.

Q: What have been the main issues surrounding the supply chain?

A: The market continues to be volatile but not as severe compared to the last 12 months. Supply chain remains somehow volatile due to COVID, ports lock down in Asia, sea freight rising costs and manpower availability adding now to significant shifts in the supply-demand triggered an increase in the costs of raw materials. This scenario is delaying the recovery of many manufacturers and suppliers. Despite challenges, Incora has kept in close communication with clients and deployed several strategic plans and actions directed by the CEO to reset and integrate the business to build a stronger organization for the future. With flawless execution focusing in getting the fundamentals right, and grow investing in business, people, facilities, and technology.
