Celestial Dynamics, in collaboration with Meta and Mujer Emprende, is launching Target Max AI, an AI-based marketing platform for Mexican SMEs. The platform seeks to benefit over 7,500 women entrepreneurs by providing personalized and automated business intelligence.
“Thanks to Mujer Emprende and the joint effort with NVIDIA and Lenovo, we are now delivering business intelligence to thousands of Mexican SMEs through our cognitive engine, Matria AI,” says Itzul Girón, CEO, Celestial Dynamics, to Wired. The initiative aims to enable advanced technological capabilities to support strategic decision making within the country’s largest business segment.
Target Max AI is part of Meta’s SabIA Project, a technology democratization strategy focused on promoting AI adoption in underserved sectors. According to the Ministry of Economy, SMEs represent over 99% of all economic units in Mexico, generating about 52% of the gross domestic product and 72% of formal employment. Despite their economic relevance, SMEs face considerable gaps in digital adoption and data analytics, limiting their competitiveness.
Target Max AI was developed to address this gap through a technical approach combining automation tools, predictive analytics, and large-scale data processing. The platform focuses on women-led businesses in sectors such as retail, financial services, light manufacturing, and security, leveraging Mujer Emprende’s network to support operational deployment.
Target Max AI operates on Matria AI, a cognitive engine developed by Celestial Dynamics. The system is based on a matroidal AI architecture, distinct from generative language models such as ChatGPT or Gemini. Its primary function is to create digital twins — virtual representations used to simulate and predict behavioral responses to specific campaigns or stimuli.
As of now, MATRIA AI has created 85 million anonymous digital twins in Mexico. This result derives from the integration of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) data, private databases, and mobile ecosystems over a seven-year period. The models follow strict anonymity and sociodemographic segmentation protocols, enabling analysis without the use of personally identifiable information.
Target Max AI converts this infrastructure into practical tools for businesses, enabling the automation of advertising campaigns, delivery of pre-formatted messages for digital channels, and creation of recommendations for promotional content and media selection. The platform can also generate customized market research reports within 48 hours, significantly improving commercial diagnostic times.
Strategic Partnerships and Technological Support
The project is supported by Meta, NVIDIA, and Lenovo, among others. While Meta provides institutional backing through SabIA, NVIDIA and Lenovo supply the high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure required to perform massive data analysis, behavioral modeling, and strategic generation. Mujer Emprende ensures the social and business adoption component by connecting the technology to an established community of female entrepreneurs.
Celestial Dynamics serves as the technical and operational hub. Founded as the first Mexican laboratory specialized in AI, HPC, and Data as a Product, the company focuses on building interoperable platforms across public and private data ecosystems to solve business problems in dynamic environments. The development of Target Max AI is part of its regional expansion strategy.
Beyond marketing, MATRIA AI and Target Max AI offer potential applications in impact studies, urban infrastructure planning, credit risk assessment, business intelligence, and recruitment process optimization, says the company. The platform can simulate how digital twins would respond to specific products, supporting design validation or sales strategies.
Operationally, the solution helps SMEs reduce strategic analysis cycles from weeks to days, increasing decision-making efficiency. This is particularly relevant in highly competitive or resource-constrained environments, which are common among SMEs.
Celestial Dynamics estimates that by the end of 2025, over 10,000 SMEs will have access to Target Max AI, reports Wired. The platform is expected to expand into other Latin American markets where SME ecosystems share similar structural challenges, including limited digital adoption and uneven access to commercial intelligence.
Outlook and Challenges
The development and deployment of Target Max AI reflects a growing trend in Latin America to build AI ecosystems tailored to regional needs. While most international AI models originate from non-Latin markets, platforms like MATRIA AI integrate local data and are designed for operational use in Spanish-speaking countries..
Many SMEs continue to lack the internal capabilities required to interpret advanced analytics or implement recommendations effectively. Training, onboarding, and support will be essential to ensure that Target Max AI delivers the intended value to businesses. Additionally, ongoing investment in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data literacy will be necessary to sustain long-term adoption and impact.
Celestial Dynamics says that additional modules for financial services, logistics optimization, and human resources planning are in development. These are expected to launch in phases throughout 2025 and 2026, extending the platform's relevance to a broader set of business functions.
