Grupo Comercial Control to Use Blue Yonder to Cut Out-of-Stocks
Grupo Comercial Control, a retail operator in Mexico, is set to implement Blue Yonder Category Management to strengthen its retail operations and enhance the shopping experience by reducing instances of out-of-stock products. This initiative, overseen by GOLDCO, aims to optimize planograms for improved efficiency.
With a presence in over 120 stores across 70 cities in 25 Mexican states, Grupo Comercial Control manages brands such as Del Sol, Woolworth, and Noreste Grill restaurants. As part of its strategy for digitalization and optimization, the company will leverage various Blue Yonder solutions, including Demand Planning and Allocation & Replenishment.

The implementation of this solution is expected to enhance store agility and streamline processes for employees, creating a conducive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction. GOLDCO will offer continuous support to Grupo Comercial Control throughout the implementation phase.
