Natura to Launch Franchise Model in Mexico in 2025

Brazilian cosmetics and personal care brand Natura will introduce a franchise model in Mexico starting in 2025. The initiative aims to boost brand visibility and create new business opportunities, particularly for its existing network of consultants.

During the rollout phase, the franchise model will be exclusive to current consultants, enabling them to scale their operations within Natura’s ecosystem. According to Hans Werner, General Manager of Natura Mexico, the initiative will reinforce the company’s dual-level sales system, a proven success in markets like Brazil, Colombia, and Chile. Werner added that this model is tailored to create a more localized and dynamic approach to business.

As Natura’s second-largest market after Brazil, Mexico presents significant growth potential. With over 800 shopping centers and a growing preference for sustainable and natural products, the country offers an ideal environment for this expansion.

Natura’s goal is to replicate the achievements of its franchise model in other Latin American markets while tapping into Mexico’s evolving consumer trends.
