CoreX Acquires Volteo Digital to Expand Global ServiceNow Reach

CoreX, a next-generation ServiceNow consultancy, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Volteo Digital, an Elite ServiceNow partner. This strategic acquisition will enhance CoreX’s global footprint, adding over 100 highly skilled ServiceNow consultants and bolstering its presence in Latin America, the European Union, the Middle East, and Africa.

A key element of this expansion is the integration of Volteo Digital’s Center of Excellence in Guadalajara, Jalisco, which will serve as a critical asset for global delivery across the platform.

The merger will significantly expand CoreX’s global delivery capabilities, particularly in the Americas. Volteo Digital’s well-established go-to-market and delivery operations in Mexico, Costa Rica, the United States, and Spain provide a world-class framework for 24/7 enterprise support. The Guadalajara Center of Excellence will be a launchpad for further regional expansion while serving clients worldwide.
