JETOUR SOUEAST is introducing a comprehensive customer support plan through a strategic alliance with Estafeta Supply Chain. The partnership aims to guarantee timely and nationwide delivery of parts and spare components, ensuring an efficient and reliable post-sales service for current and future customers.

“In the automotive industry, efficiency in inventory management and speed in parts distribution are crucial for offering a comprehensive, high-quality service. This collaboration allows us to build a more efficient storage and distribution system, reduce delivery times, strengthen competitiveness, and respond quickly to market and customer demands,” says Osvaldo Ramírez, Head of Supply Chain, JETOUR SOUEAST.

Through this strategic partnership, JETOUR SOUEAST guarantees delivery of parts to key distribution hubs, including Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, State of Mexico, and Mexico City, within an average of two days. The company also offers an express service, providing next-day delivery to most other regions.

One of the standout benefits of this collaboration is the use of exclusive vehicles for automotive parts transportation, avoiding product mixing with other industries and minimizing handling damages. This ensures faster, safer, and more reliable deliveries.

To secure immediate availability of parts, JETOUR SOUEAST has implemented an inventory strategy that includes maintenance, repair, and collision components. The company already operates a dedicated 4,000m² warehouse that is at full operational capacity, housing 130,000 pieces and expecting additional shipments of over 40,000 units.

This inventory covers the complete catalog for current and upcoming models set to launch in the second half of the year. Additionally, the brand is planning a third expansion phase to further scale its warehousing capabilities in the coming months.

“Our goal is to provide security and confidence to our dealer network and customers by ensuring the immediate availability of essential parts,” says Ramírez.

JETOUR SOUEAST’s inventory planning prioritizes parts most frequently required after accidents — bumpers, headlights, windshields, and doors — which represent nearly 50% of damage cases. Maintenance parts like filters, spark plugs, and other essential components for repairs are also stocked, enabling quick fulfillment of distributor requests.
