Endeavour Silver to Finish Terronera’s Wet Commissioning in 2Q25
Endeavour Silver provided a construction progress update for its Terronera project in Jalisco. The company expects the project to be completed by 2Q25.
Endeavour Silver reported that to date, advances include upper platform process plant commissioning being well advanced. The crushing, grinding, flotation, and tailing thickening circuits having successfully produced over 2t of concentrate, concentrate filter pre-commissioning having started, and tailing filter mechanical assembly being completed.
Also, the tailing storage facility’s main embankment has reached full height and the underdrain piping with gravel cover has been installed and prepared for life of mine tailing placement. The first production stope was mined and backfilled, and surface run-of-mine and crushed ore stockpiles have reached a total of 40,000t.
Endeavour Silver stated that its main goal is to complete the tailing filter electrical and mechanical installations and the pipeline connections between the upper and lower platforms. The company reported that the Terronera project is in its final construction stages, with wet commissioning anticipated to begin early in 2Q25.
