OMP, a Belgian software and consulting company, has announced the introduction of UnisonIQ, an AI orchestration framework designed to redefine how organizations make supply chain decisions through human-AI collaboration. Embedded in OMP’s Unison Planning platform, the framework integrates always-on AI agents, the Unison Companion generative AI assistant, and advanced AI engines to deliver real-time, autonomous, and transparent decision-making.

"This is an evolution grounded in reality, not just buzzwords, designed to provide incremental value and drive business adoption. With UnisonIQ, organizations can now move beyond reactive planning to truly proactive, autonomous decision-making,” says Andrew Byer, Supply Chain Advisor, UnisonIQ.

UnisonIQ enables manufacturers to move from traditional planning toward autonomous, decision-centric operations. The framework supports organizations at every stage of their digital transformation journey, from AI-assisted planning to agentic teamwork and ultimately to fully autonomous operations. Through this evolution, UnisonIQ allows planners to harmonize end-to-end supply chains with greater alignment, agility, and resilience.

At the core of UnisonIQ are decision-centric, event-driven agents that transform how supply chains are managed. Each agent serves a specialized role within the ecosystem, continuously learning and optimizing processes across production, logistics, and data management. These magenta are: Supply Planning Agent, which optimizes production and distribution in real time; Scenario Planning Agent, which simulates complex situations to enable proactive responses; Demand Planning Agent, which anticipates market changes and enhances forecasting accuracy; and Data Management Agent, which safeguards data integrity and consistency across platforms.

“At Zero100 Live 2025, we saw firsthand how decision-centric planning powered by agentic AI is no longer a future vision; it is happening now. UnisonIQ brings together decades of supply chain expertise with cutting-edge AI to help planners move from reactive responses to confident, autonomous decisions,” says Philip Vervloesem, Chief Commercial Officer, UnisonIQ.

The company also introduces Unison Companion, a generative AI assistant that enhances collaboration and drives platform adoption. Through natural language interaction, Unison Companion supports users across all roles, from data architects to sales teams, by delivering tailored insights and actionable recommendations.

By simplifying complex operations and adapting to user expertise, Unison Companion accelerates onboarding and ensures that every team member can leverage the platform’s full capabilities, regardless of their technical background.

Supporting the agents is a suite of AI engines that blend optimization, machine learning, and explainable AI to deliver transparency and precision. Using telescopic digital twins and predictive modeling, these engines simulate and optimize real-world supply chain scenarios across service, cost, inventory, and ESG dimensions.
