Q: What is the core vision of VTEX CONNECT LATAM 2025, and how is it different from previous editions?

A: The central vision of VTEX CONNECT LATAM 2025 is to accelerate the digitalization of businesses in Latin America by creating a space where knowledge, innovation, and strategic connections drive growth for the entire region.

This year, we are taking a step further with a disruptive format and an agenda of over 20 hours of specialized content. Our goal is for every attendee to leave with practical insights and, most importantly, valuable connections to transform their business. What makes this edition unique is the participation of Marc Randolph, Co-Founder and first CEO, Netflix, as the main speaker. He will share his insights on creativity, adaptability, and persistence as key elements for transforming entire industries, marking a significant difference from previous events.

Q: What digital commerce and omnichannel trends will be on the event agenda this year?

A: This year's agenda will focus on topics that are defining the present and future of digital commerce. These topics include: retail media and AI, which are revolutionizing how brands connect with consumers, personalize experiences, and optimize investments; digital business-to-business (B2B), a channel undergoing a major transformation that already moves billions of dollars and represents a large opportunity for companies looking to scale and adapt to the new competitive environment; omnichannel strategies; live shopping; direct-to-consumer (D2C); and e-commerce for sectors like grocery, pharma, and luxury, all of which reflect the need for a more agile, segmented, and customer-centric approach to commerce.

Our objective is for attendees to hear about these trends and see how to implement them in their own operations.

Q: What is the main new feature that attendees can expect at this edition?

A: The main new feature that attendees can expect is a much more in-depth and strategic agenda that combines inspiration with practical application. In addition to featuring Marc Randolph as the keynote speaker, the event will offer specific sessions on digital B2B as a growth engine and panels on Retail Media and AI, turning these abstract concepts into tangible strategies. There will also be high-impact spaces like the Women in Tech Breakfast and the Inspiring Women: Female Leadership in Latin American e-commerce talk, both designed to strengthen diversity and leadership in the industry.

All of this will take place in an environment that allows participants to learn from global experts, network at a high level, and discover innovative solutions at a trade show featuring over 50 leading brands such as AWS, Amazon, Visa, PayPal, and Walmart.

Q: What profiles of companies and leaders will gather at the event, and what specific networking opportunities will it create?

A: VTEX CONNECT LATAM brings together a very diverse ecosystem of large retailers, global brands, and technology providers. This mix is what makes the event so powerful: everyone shares the same goal of accelerating their digital transformation.

In terms of profiles, you will see everything from C-level executives from international companies to local entrepreneurs looking to scale. The networking opportunities are immense, facilitating strategic alliances, new clients, the integration of technological solutions, and, most importantly, the collective learning that happens when so many different visions come together in one space.

Q: What impact is the company expecting VTEX CONNECT LATAM to have on the digital commerce ecosystem in Latin America in the short and medium term?

A: We want VTEX CONNECT LATAM to be the catalyst for innovation in digital commerce in the region. In the short term, we aim for attendees to return to their companies with applicable ideas, strategic contacts, and new tools to improve their operations. In the medium term, the impact will be even greater: we want this event to be a turning point for the industry, accelerating the adoption of digital models in key sectors, driving the growth of B2B channels, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Latin America has enormous potential. The growth of e-commerce in Mexico and the region proves this; we are talking about a vibrant and expanding market. With VTEX CONNECT LATAM 2025, we seek to translate that potential into concrete results, more competitive businesses, and better service for consumers.
