Francia Paramo Joins DP World Mexico as Regional Freight Manager
UAE-based global supply chain solutions provider DP World appointed Francia Paramo as Regional Freight Forwarding Branch Manager for Mexico. This move is part of DP World's efforts to expand its logistics and freight forwarding operations across the Americas.
In her new role, Paramo will oversee DP World's freight forwarding operations in Mexico, focusing on driving sales, enhancing operational efficiency, overseeing product development, and leading procurement efforts. With over two decades of experience in international transportation and contract logistics, the company said that Paramo brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.
Paramo holds a degree in Business Administration, a Quality Systems Diploma from COSUTH, and a Management Skills Diploma from ITAM. Her appointment is expected to strengthen DP World's presence and capabilities in Mexico's logistics and supply chain sector. Before joining DP World, Paramo held leadership positions at CEVA, Damco, and K+N, where she excelled in sales, marketing, and key account development.
