GR Silver Mining Raises Private Placement to US$1.85 Million

GR Silver Mining announced it is increasing the size of its non-brokered private placement, originally disclosed on May 8, 2025, due to heightened investor interest. The company now intends to raise up to US$1.85 million through the sale of 14,230,770 units at a price of US$0.13 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. In  a previous press release, the company stated that each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional share at US$0.19 for a period of 24 months following the closing date.

Proceeds will support exploration activities aimed at expanding resources in the San Marcial Area of the company’s Plomosas Project, as well as general working capital. The offer remains subject to regulatory approval and will be conducted in accordance with applicable securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies.

In April, the company announced a temporary pause in field activities at its Plomosas Project. While there have been no safety incidents or threats to staff, the company made the decision as a precautionary measure in support of the Mexican government’s efforts to strengthen security and stability in the region. While fieldwork is on hold, technical staff will continue working from the company’s El Rosario office, focusing on geological modeling and analysis of collected data. Preliminary results support the presence of wide, high-grade silver-rich hydrothermal breccias near the San Marcial resource zone.

GR Silver Mining also remains in active discussions with third parties to initiate a bulk sampling test mining program at the previously permitted Plomosas Mine and is exploring strategic opportunities to build scale within Mexico’s silver mining sector.
